Christmas and New Year Holidays

In accordance with Article 24(1)-a, (2) and (5) of the Rules of Procedures of the Community Court of Justice, ECOWAS, and Article 7(a)-ii of the ECOWAS Staff Regulations, the Court shall observe Christmas and New year as follows :

• from Thursday, 19 December 2019 to Wednesday, 8 January 2020
• Official work will resume on Thursday 9 January 2020.

Staff responsible for receiving court processes remains on duty during the period indicated above.
